is an emergency uh an emergency executive uh an emergency executive shutdown of 110 driving schools. These are driving schools uh that account for 5,000 of the violations for English proficiency. What I mean by that is you have to speak English to operate a commercial motor vehicle. I didn't create that rule. President Trump didn't create that rule. That rule has been in place for decades. And we have schools that know the rule and still pass people through their schools who can't speak the language. And so there's 110 of them that through a data analysis that are the greatest offenders as of today, those schools are shut down. We also have shut down 160 additional schools. These are schools that, in essence, certify that they are qualified to train truck drivers. However, they don't have adequate space to put a potential driver in a truck and have them go around the cones and do the turns and they don't have space to even allow the truck driver to get behind the wheel. They have unlicensed instructors who are allegedly training the new truck drivers to operate on American roadways. And they, uh, often times didn't have classrooms. One of the schools that we're shutting down was so flippant as they told us, their classroom was the school bus that was in the backyard. That was the classroom for which they're training new truck drivers. So you have fraud throughout the school system that are training the commercial truck drivers. And as comparison, I've got a lot of kids and so I've taken through all my kids through the license process at 16 years old. They go to a driving school. And they'll take through the written work but they also take through the skills work with the driving instructor. That's the schools that were finding fraud that are training the commercial truck drivers.
