Worth the money as a second generation homeschool mom Hi, I'm a homeschool mom and I was a homeschool mom and these are my things that are definitely worth the money to make your life easier. First up, I've talked about this before, my Epson EcoTank. It is a tank full of ink. I've refilled it once and that was literally just a top off of my black ink in three years. And I use it all the time. I print so much on this. I'm not dingy. It's my baby. I also have a laminator. I love my one by Scotch. It's super easy, super fast. Love it. I laminate everything. Definitely invest in one of these. On that same track, a good paper cutter. I like this one cuz it cuts in different shapes, so I can do like, squiggly or perforated or just like an indent. And it cuts flat. Go into these, okay? Trust. I also have a whole punch. Get a good, heavy duty whole punch. I also highly recommend investing in a pre-made curriculum. I'm using The Good and the Beautiful for kindergarten, but I'll be using Classical Conversations through K through 12, just because that's what I used and I really liked it. On top of that, I don't have one yet, but I will be getting a binder once my kids starts the Classical Conversations curriculum. They're not old enough yet. But once I have that, I'm getting like one of those binder things. Now we're moving on to things that are a little bit more excessive and they're definitely not necessary unless you're like an over and above kind of mom like me. I love my Cricut Explore Air 2. I got it off of marketplace, but they're not super expensive anymore because they keep coming out with new ones. I want to make her so I can use it on fabric, but I love this thing. I use it to cut out paper, paper dolls, yada yada yada. I love my Melissa & Doug easel. It has a whiteboard on one side, I put a roll of paper on it, chalkboard on the other side. It's well-loved. Besides that, I have our homeschooling cart. It has rolling things in it. I love this thing. I put paper, worksheets, stickers, all within tiny toddler hands reach. And then these are one of those things that really does make a difference. This is the marker Parker. It keeps all your caps in one spot so your kids can just come and grab a marker. You're not losing caps. I've had to buy less markers since buying this thing, so I definitely think it's worth the investment. Last, but certainly not least, this clipboard. This clipboard has gone viral a few times for good reasons. I like to school outside of the home, so this makes it really easy for me to have stuff for my kids while I'm doing our homeschool lessons.
