Six months ago, I posted this video with absolutely no idea what it was about to set in motion. This was the video that somehow found its way to millions of people, brought thousands of you into my small, whimsical corner of the internet, and changed the trajectory of my art business in ways I genuinely could not have predicted. A lot has happened in six months, and with the mural nearly finished (just a few small details left!) it felt like time to bring back the OG. I’m beyond grateful for everyone that has found me because of this video or any other video. 2026 has been the most insane year of my life in so many amazing ways, and I’m so excited for what’s coming next.

this hadn't even occurred to me. this hadn't even occurred to me. why hasn't this occurred to me? like you just end up with like crazy blind spots that you can't see until someone points them out to you. and looking at this, this door, I can think about. it's all I can think about. like, seriously gorgeous fantasy mushroom mural, white door. how did I miss that? How even. I have to paint it. I. have to, I. it's not finished. it's been two years and it's not finished. let's go to paint. I just got to the hardware store. let's head inside. I'm thinking I need a base brown so that I can like, antique kind of vibe. like old fantasy type door. that'll go with let's see what we can find. two that I'm debating between. here and this I think I need a little with this one. alright, let's get this all cleaned taped off. Let's get started. okay, everything is all taped off except for the top, cause I don't wanna cover up the wisteria, have to go around it. I'm almost done coat here on the top of the doorway. I am in so much pain. I think as first coat is I'm gonna have for the day. I'm stopping for will probably work more tomorrow. I'm already loving I'm loving the way. hopefully the colours come through somehow, but I love it's all coming together. I'm excited to do this. Yay!
