HE HAD £20 IN HIS HAND AND STILL GAMBLED IT 😳 The deal was simple. Answer one question, take the £20 and walk. Capital of France. He said Paris before we had even finished asking, so the money was his there and then, no catch. Then we offered him the other route. Keep it safe, or risk the lot on one more question. Which month has 28 days. He went with February, which is the answer nine out of ten people give, and it still counted. Twenty turned into fifty on the spot, plus another twenty for his girlfriend, which he asked for himself before we even suggested it. What he did with it is the best part. He walked into a vintage store and went straight for a Stussy tee that retails at ninety quid, sat on the rail at forty. Proper thick cotton, boxy fit, the kind of piece that looks like it has been worn in for a decade and still has years left in it. He grabbed a second one too and did not once try to push us for more. Then the shop owner did something we did not expect. He put another fifty pounds of his own on top of what we had already spent, just to make the day better for a stranger.
