I made this honey garlic chicken stirfry noodles for dinner and it turned out so delicious! The noodles are saucy filled with chicken, veggies, and honey garlic flavor. Perfect dinner for a weeknight. Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry Noodles for chicken * 1½ lbs chicken breast, thinly sliced * 1½ tsp garlic salt * ½ tsp black pepper * 1 Tbsp cornstarch * Oil, for cooking stir-fry * 1 lb refrigerated stir-fry noodles * 1 medium onion, sliced * 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced * 3 cups broccoli florets * 1 cup julienned carrots * Green onions, for garnish honey garlic sauce * ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce * ½ cup chicken broth * ⅓ cup honey * 6 garlic cloves, pressed or minced * 1 Tbsp rice vinegar * 2 tsp sesame oil * 1 Tbsp cornstarch Instructions 1. Prepare the stir-fry noodles according to the package directions and set aside. 2. Add the chicken to a bowl and season with garlic salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cornstarch and toss until evenly coated. 3. Heat a little oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 4. Add a little more oil to the same skillet. Add the onion and sauté for a minute. Then add the bell pepper sauté for another minute. Finally, add the carrots and broccoli. Stir-fry until the vegetables are crisp-tender. 5. Whisk together the soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil and cornstarch. 6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the vegetables and let it simmer for about 1 minute. 7. Add the prepared noodles and cooked chicken. Toss everything together until well coated. Continue cooking for another 2–3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and coats the noodles. 8. Finish with sliced green onions and serve warm. #noodles #stirfry #stirfrynoodles #chickenrecipe #easydinners
