I'm a first time dad she's already 1 year old unfortunately I got laid off back in June we're behind bills behind our rent it means a lot to me to work from home I'm the only one who's taking care of her and my wife is also doing her job on site I'm so sorry to hear about the layoff I've been a part of two layoffs so I definitely after hearing all of the circumstances Jeffrey had been through and I was only hiring for one role I had to make a difficult decision I watched the loom video you probably watch it 5 times I watched it 5 times can I be honest with you Jeffrey? I'm pretty impressed that you remember I also don't see you reading from a screen how can you think on your feet like that? I deal with a lot of angry and perhaps frustrated customers because they are people for a reason and that's why I'm there for them and how do you think you did?
