We were SO excited for BTS ARIRANG D2 in Chicago 😭💜 We were already dressed up, at the venue, and ready to go in when we realized our Ticketmaster tickets had NO barcode. Then we found out our tickets had somehow been transferred out of our account and were STOLEN. 😭 We literally traveled to Chicago, paid for our hotel, parking, outfits, and everything for this concert… only to miss it because of something completely out of our control. I seriously need to do a whole storytime because @Ticketmaster STILL has not resolved this issue and I have so many questions. 😭 Imagine being right outside the venue, dressed for BTS, hearing the concert starting… and realizing you’re not getting in. 💔 @BTS #BTS #BTSChicago #BTSARIRANG #ARIRANGTour #Ticketmaster
