I was actually able to view this historical building in 2024 when talks of remodeling were just in the works. And now two years later, seeing the store come to life has been incredible. From the design and the jewelry to the in-house cafe and the commissioned art pieces, every single detail has been thought out. Some fun facts about this historic landmark building: it was designed in 1885 and it was owned by the first mayor of Chicago, William B. Ogden. This space truly has so much history and so much charm. Owner Alexis has brought a new life to this building and a new purpose. Whether you want to check out some jewelry or grab a quick bite to eat or grab some coffee, it's clear that this is not just a jewelry store or a retail space, but a whole entire story and journey and experience that you'll just have to come and see for yourselves.
