Pollo Tropical is trash

Okay, I need the infatuation is with Pollo Tropical cause everyday around lunchtime, I look out the window and there is just a massive line at the drive-thru. I mean, there's probably 15 cars and oh no, there's cars coming from this way and cars coming from this way. I mean, so I figured I gotta try this place out. I had it a couple weeks ago and it was ass. I'm talking, there was no flavor to it, like the beans and rice were all like watery and it wasn't even a good deal. Like I get more portion at Chipotle for like a few bucks less. So let me know if I'm missing something, but I think this place is way overrated.
