apartment hunting in new york part 2 🏡 lots of comments on my previous video regarding price so i’ll briefly share my thoughts here. I didn’t share prices because people are so quick to judge. I share a price and get comments from people hiding behind a profile criticizing me, I don’t share a price, I get comments that i’m gatekeeping. the point isn’t to share how much money I spend on rent (nyc rent is high, everyone knows that), the point is to simply share my journey of how I found my home in a new city without a broker!! hope you understand, can’t wait to show you the place I chose. 🥚😇 found all apartments via streeteasy and walking through the streets of random areas
