chocolate dipped date cannoli 😇❤️ definitely not your traditional cannoli but still fun and delicious to eat 🫶🏻 Chocolate dipped date cannoli ❤️ 6 pitted medjool dates 1/3 c soften cream cheese 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt 2 tsp maple syrup Splash of vanilla 1/3 c chocolate chips 3 tbsp melted chocolate 3 tbsp chopped chocolate chips Directions: - in a bowl whisk the cream cheese until fluffy then add the yogurt, vanilla, maple syrup * If needed add extra tbsp of cream cheese if it doesn’t thicken * - Fold in the chocolate chips then place in the fridge while preparing the dates - Flatten the dates then add the mixture to a ziplock bag and pipe the filling - Fold the ends over like a taco and place in the freezer for about 20 mins to set - Dip the ends in melted cooled chocolate and then into chopped chocolate pieces - Place back in the freezer for about 10 mins to set Dip - Serve and enjoy ❤️🫶🏻🥹 #EasyRecipe #healthy #food #dessert #date
