Let's go through some of the acne treatments I've
tried to treat my acne.
My face few months ago
Now
PanOxyl wash is good for
acne, but I didn't really see a
lot of difference when I was
using it. I think it's because
it's a wash-off treatment.
(PanOxyl). 3/10
It contains benzoyl
peroxide, just like PanOxyl.
If I say this thing literally
dried out my active acne in
less than 14 days, believe
me.
(Oxy-10). 8/10
Clindamycin for acne
doesn't get the hype it
deserves.
But it's an antibiotic, so it's
not meant to be used for a
long period of time.
It pairs well with benzoyl
peroxide.
(Clin-cap). 8/10
The best salicylic acid I have
ever used. It didn't irritate
my very sensitive skin, and
it's also affordable.
(Creightons). 7/10
It's also good, but I wasn't
able to restock it, so I
switched to Creighton.
6.5/10
Neo-
Presol
It will burn your face, just
like this.
-1000/10
It cleared the fungal acne I
got from using a face
moisturiser.
9/10
If you're using only this to
treat your acne, you'll sleep
there.
2.5/10
Adapalene over tretinoin for
acne, any time, any day!
8/10
It broke my skin barrier, and
I have very sensitive skin.
2/10
I'm still using these two bad
girls and I'm loving them so
much!
The progress is slow,
though, so I can't wait to
switch to a higher strength.
Should I do dark spots and
hyperpigmentation next?
