That’s the best lie they could come up with🤣 They definitely lying. And there's three reasons as to why they're obviously just capping. Number one, she said they were swerving out of the way because there was something in the road. Now, looking at that video, it looks like they're in a residential street. Not no busy ass street. So, based off that, they should be going at least 20 to 25 miles per hour at best. In order for them to swerve, they would have to be going like a really fast speed, like at least 40 to 45 miles per hour. Secondly, she said she tried to avoid a squirrel. Now, that's how they definitely know she lying because a squirrel out of all animals. Squirrels don't even be in the streets like that. They're mostly either in the grass or up in the trees. Thirdly, and you can clearly hear her in the video saying this, she wasn't paying attention as to how close it was. So you just admitted that you wasn't paying attention on the road. And let's say she did try to avoid a squirrel. Squirrels are small as hell. So it's like when you're driving on the road, you can barely see them. You could have said that you tried to at least avoid a cat because that's at least more reasonable. Like so many holes in this girl's story that it's hard to believe any of the stuff that she's saying. And even if she is telling the truth, she still liable anyway because she got to pay for all that damn she caused.
