I just got back from Europe, and it's so evident that the modern American woman versus the modern European woman is so different based on the fact that Americans no longer like to enjoy life. And I saw another creator talking about this. You know, Americans are no longer drinking and are going to bed at 8:00 p.m. and waking up at 5:00 in the morning and trying to restrict from carbs and are constantly doing Pilates classes and are the skinniest that we've ever been. Meanwhile, Europeans have the longest lunch breaks and they start their days later and just eat, drink and be merry. And one thing in particular that I noticed when I was there is the bodies of European women are just so real and just show proof of life. And I just feel that us American women have become so obsessed with looking a certain way and being a certain weight and just restricting all things good in life just to simply look and portray ourselves a certain way. And we're really losing the plot.
