Property management will teach you QUICKLY why routine inspections matter. 😳🏡 This is something I personally encountered at one of the properties I managed back in Maryland. Situations like this are exactly why landlords shouldn’t just collect the rent and assume everything inside the property is okay. Regular inspections, good communication, and proper documentation can make a huge difference when it comes to protecting your investment. After years of working in property management, I’ve definitely seen some things! 😂 Experiences like this taught me lessons that I still carry with me in real estate today.
