I wish I had started doing movements like these sooner… ✨ After my pregnancies, I used to think I needed to do more traditional ab exercises to get my stomach back. But what made the biggest difference for me was learning how to properly engage my deep core and pelvic floor while moving my entire body. 🩷 These 2 exercises are still some of my favorites because you’re working so much at once: ✨ Deep core ✨ Pelvic floor ✨ Glutes & hamstrings ✨ Upper body And the most important part? Your breathing. Instead of rushing through the movement, focus on connecting your breath with your core. Exhale during the hardest part of the exercise and gently engage your deep core and pelvic floor. For this routine, I’m using light dumbbells, but you can easily use water bottles instead. And if you don’t have a bench or stool, a sturdy chair or the edge of your couch can work too. 🔥 TRY THIS: 45 seconds each exercise Rest as needed Repeat for 3 rounds Slow, controlled and intentional. Quality over speed, always. These are the kinds of exercises that helped me rebuild my core, improve my diastasis and finally get that postpartum belly that constantly pushed outward to flatten. 🥹🩷 Save this workout and try it at home!
