It’s actually happening 🥹 Tomorrow I officially open the doors to Coaching by Crissie. My own little private studio in Sleaford. Something I’ve talked about, stressed about, spent far too much money on 😂 and worked bloody hard to get ready. Small group strength classes, 1:1 PT, memberships and a space where you can come in, learn to lift and not feel intimidated.
