Why it worked

The video addresses a specific pain point for advertisers in the betting industry by clarifying complex cross-border advertising regulations and offering a practical solution (Evido's matrix) in a concise and visually engaging format.

Summary

The video explains how a single betting license can allow targeting in multiple geographical markets on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, thanks to Meta's one-time verification rule. It introduces Evido's matrix, which compiles platform requirements, accepted licenses, and targetable markets to help users navigate these complexities.

Product placement

Meta (platform for advertising, requires verification and authorization for gambling ads) TikTok (platform for advertising, requires verification and authorization for gambling ads) Google (platform for advertising, requires verification and authorization for gambling ads) Evido (platform that provides a matrix of betting availability across 75+ geos, with license and approval information for Meta, TikTok, and Google ads; offers expert campaign management and payment services)

One betting license doesn’t necessarily mean one advertising GEO. With Meta’s One-Time Verification approach, a license from an accepted country may be used to complete gambling verification, while other eligible markets can potentially be targeted. But the rules differ across platforms — and that’s where things get complicated. We’ve brought Meta, TikTok and Google requirements, accepted license GEOs and targetable markets together in one practical matrix. 💡 DM to get access.
