assemble round 2 cherry chocolate almond upside down cake!!! Amaretto caramel! I love this cake so much. This is just a chocolate. Well, it's a cake. It's an almond cake batter with chocolate chips. That's what it is. I think I did baking powder, I hope so. Good shit. I wasn't recording. Anyway, did you see me taste test? I have no idea. But anyway, I taste tested, then I realized I didn't smooth it out, to get this. Well, that just means I get to do another taste test. Okay. I need to figure out how much I'm like, top, which then becomes the bottom. If I could like, a streusel kind of topping on top. Like graham cracker, like, crumbled up, you know, and then you flip it and then it's like a crust. I got something here, but for now, do plain almonds. So 1/4 cup is 30 grams, so I feel like I'm gonna need 60 grams. Maybe I split it 45. How many cups would that be? If 1/4 cup is 30, what's 1/2 of 1/4? 1/8. What's 1/8 plus 1/4? Is that 1/3? That's 1/3. The third is between the quarter and the half. So I'm gonna say about 45 grams or 1/3 cup. 1/3 cup is like 0.6. No. It has to be. I don't know. I don't know if 1/3 cup is like 0.6. 36. 6.3. No. To be. It's 45 grams. Everybody. Sure. Me? Can you see this? Can you see this? Stick it in the air fryer is really doing good. Breville should sponsor me. Okay, this is gonna bake for like 45 to 50 minutes, and I'll let it cool, give it a flip and we'll see how it turns out. Bye. Bye.
