Julienne Bruno Burrella

We create, develop and produce our naturally plant-based cheeses in London. Our Collection 01 consists of: Burrella®, Superstraccia®, Crematta®. Why it worked

The video uses a relatable 'cheat day' scenario to hook viewers, then subverts expectations with a strong vegan message and product reveal. The humor and the unexpected pivot create engagement and shareability.

Summary

A vegan creator humorously shares a moment of 'cheating' on their diet by eating burrata, only to then strongly advocate against consuming animal products. The video showcases the Julienne Bruno Burrella, a plant-based burrata alternative, as the 'exception' before pivoting to a message about veganism.

Structure

1Creator expresses internal conflict about eating burrata after 10 years vegan
2Creator eats the burrata with pasta
3Creator reveals the burrata is Julienne Bruno Burrella, a plant-based alternative

Product placement

Julienne Bruno Burrella (plant-based burrata alternative): ACTS - it is shown being opened and used as a topping for pasta. Removing it would change the video's focus. Chef Summer Storm (creator): APPEARS - creator's name/handle is visible on screen and in context. Removing it would change the video's context but not the core action. hoo.be/chefsummerstorm (creator's bio link): APPEARS - it is the destination for the creator's link in bio. Removing it would change the discoverability of the creator's other links.
