What your shoes at the gym say about you

Transcript

What your shoes at the gym say about you. Here's what your shoes at the gym say about you. If you see somebody rolling up to the gym in a pair of Converse, then do not look at them, do not talk to them. These people are here to do some serious work at the gym. Hoodie up, headphones on, and straight to the free weights. Then up next, we have some Vans. The gym is definitely your therapy. You're rolling up to the gym with your hat solo, you can't even see your eyes. And that's because you don't want to waste your time chit-chatting, but you got to relax on the caffeine intake. Then we have the dad shoes. Two pump covers on and some baggy sweatpants and a Stanley. Your friends have asked to work out with you and then you put them through your leg day and they never ask you again. But no more skipping cardio. I'm watching you. Then up next, if you're somebody who's rocking Birks to the gym, I know you're blasting your music so loud that you have a permanent ringing in your ears. You also have a bunch of nagging injuries you refuse to let heal. And you definitely plan your entire day around the gym. Finally, we have the barefoot shoes. Your minimum workout time is two hours at the gym. You're meticulous about every single detail about your workout. And you definitely work out solo because you don't want anyone ruining the flow of your workouts.
