Day 79 - Why 16,355 Days? Read more 👇 Don't be pushed around by the fears of your mind. Be led by the dreams of your heart instead. Your mind is really good at manufacturing reasons to stay small. It'll list every possible way something could go wrong before you've even taken the first step. That's just what minds do, they're wired for protection, not for growth. But your heart works differently. It doesn't calculate risk the same way. It just knows what it wants, what actually feels true to who you are, and it keeps quietly pulling you toward that even when your mind is busy listing excuses. The people who actually build the life they want aren't the ones without fear. They're the ones who stopped letting fear drive and let their dreams take the wheel instead. Day 79. Haven't skipped a single one. We're conditioned to think in years, and that's exactly the trap. Years feel bottomless, like there's always another one waiting somewhere ahead. Until there isn't. My dad's heart gave out far too early. Both my grandfathers died young too. Add my own history with addiction on top of that, and this stops being some clever little calculation. It's my actual bloodline, staring straight back at me. So where does this number actually come from? Average life expectancy is around 80 years. Converted to days, that's roughly 29,200. Subtract what I'd already lived by 35, and you land on 16,433. 79 days of posting later, that's 16,355. Because I'm a dad now. That rewired something in me permanently. Now there's someone who needs me here in twenty years, and eventually finally has a face attached to it. Hers. The account's called Life of Jakob. Fitting, right? #hopecore #motivationalpost #Love #motivational
