Knocked up & no hob: Creamy sausage gnocchi 🧀 A super comforting and creamy dish that’s surprisingly low lift. Perfect supper for those renovating or generally less keen on multi pan cooking! My only caveat is that although I’m normally such a fan of cauliflower gnocchi, it doesn’t make this sauce as rich and creamy as traditional boil-able gnocchi. So do use the latter!
