Some baby product marketing terms have GOT to go. 👋 “Breathable” doesn’t automatically mean safer. If a breathable mattress isn’t in your budget, that’s okay…focus on a crib mattress that meets current safety standards and firmness requirements. And you probably can’t convince the mom who lost her child to a teething necklace that “it works great for my kid.” The placebo effect is quite wild, isn’t it? Weighted sleep products and inclined sleepers? Not recommended for infant sleep. GET ’EM BANNED. 👋 For sleep: baby alone, on their back, in a crib or bassinet. #babysafety #babyproductsafety
