A routine roof inspection took an unexpected turn when an insurance adjuster fell through the ceiling of a South Carolina home and landed in the kitchen below. Homeowner Joel Merritt said the adjuster had gone into the attic to investigate a leak when he accidentally stepped onto the ceiling and fell through. Surveillance footage captured the moment, leaving Merritt’s wife stunned. Merritt recently reshared the three-year-old video, saying it still gets his family laughing.
