I think for grievers who lost someone to suicide, the word prevention stirs up too many what ifs & honestly feeling like you gave that person your all & more & they still ended up gone is a punch to the gut when you hear “here’s some prevention tips!” So instead I encourage you to spread awareness & to be kind 💛 #suicideawarenessmonth #grief #grieftok
