This was literally me after my first few dermatology appointments. 😂💜 Over time, I’ve learned a few things that have helped me feel more confident navigating my care: 💜 Make sure I understand my care. If something isn’t clear, I ask questions and take the time to understand it. 💜 Tap into my community. I love hearing other people’s experiences and learning what they’ve tried or heard about. 💜 Speak up about what I need. I know my body, and I’ve learned how important it is to communicate what I’m experiencing, what’s working, and what isn’t. Learning to navigate your care takes time.
