Why it worked
The video uses a relatable 'fail' moment to showcase a specific, branded photo booth output, making the product feel like a natural part of a personal story.
Summary
The creator shows off a photo booth strip she received, expressing disappointment that the framing was off because she wasn't paying attention. She displays the physical photo strip which features the Snapchat branding.
Structure
- 1Creator introduces the photo booth strip
- 2Creator explains why the framing is off
- 3Creator shows the physical photo strip
- 4Creator expresses dissatisfaction with the result
Product placement
Snapchat (a) ACTS — the creator is showing off photos taken with the Snapchat photo booth feature. Removing it would change the video as the entire subject is the specific photo booth output from this app.
