As long as I exist, your birthday will never be just another day. 🤍 Maybe one day you won’t remember the monster trucks, the decorations, the cake, or all the little details I spent so much time putting together. But I’ll remember. I’ll remember the little boy who was so excited to turn 4. I’ll remember the way you looked at everything, the sound of your laugh, and how badly I wanted to freeze that exact version of you in time. We’ve never needed a huge party or a room full of people. Just our little family, celebrating one of the greatest gifts God ever gave me. Because birthdays aren’t really about making a big deal out of a day. They’re about stopping for a minute and realizing, you were this little just yesterday. And now somehow, my last baby is 4. So as long as I’m here, you will always be celebrated. You will always be worth making a fuss over. And your birthday will always be a day I thank God for the privilege of being your mom.
