Why it worked

The creator uses a strong visual contrast and relatable pain point (yellow teeth) to highlight the effectiveness of a specific product, making it highly shareable and persuasive.

Summary

The creator contrasts the results of using American toothpaste for 18 years, showing yellow teeth, with using Japanese toothpaste for 4 weeks, showing white teeth. The video then reveals the specific Japanese toothpaste they use daily, Mouthology.

Product placement

Mouthology toothpaste: ACTS - it is used to brush teeth, and the video implies it whitens them. Removing it would change the video's outcome. Mouthology: APPEARS - it is the brand name on the product. Removing it would not change what happens in the video.
