First he bought a two million dollar supercar, painted it bright neon, and revved his engine outside the main police station to get the cops attention. Three patrol cruisers lined up to tail him. "This is the spoiler police." He started his real plan. Every time he reached an intersection, he used his turn signals, drove at the exact 25 mile an hour speed limit, and waited out full 60 second red lights without moving an inch. What he was doing? The cops quickly realized what he was doing and started aggressively riding his bumper, flashing sirens and honking to provoke him into speeding. But the player refused to run and continued casually driving like an old lady on Sunday. Eventually the cops stopped waiting and pulled him over with assault rifles drawn, screaming that they knew he was trolling. But the player had the perfect defense. He politely shut off his engine, rolled down the window, and handed over valid insurance and vehicle registration. The officers had zero legal reason to arrest him. But because he was driving so slowly, he backed up 30 angry players in downtown Los Santos. And eventually an admin had enough, and he got banned for following the law.
