Yesterday I had a trial run and I was shaking at first because this just feels surreal. This is the unfiltered version of trying to start something on your own - you gotta start from scratch and work your way up. My client reached out to me and asked me to come to her place and cook and see if she's gonna like it, if she did, she'll hire me. I had the worst anxiety on my way, literally & her kitchen is not complete witg tools and equipment so I have to make whatever she has work and I don't have a chef tools YET. At the end.... I got my first client!!!! yaaaayy
