A 20 minute dinner that tastes like you’ve spent all day in the kitchen✨ 🍗CHICKEN: 2 chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally to make 4 cutlets 1–2 tbsp olive oil, for cooking ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp Italian seasoning 🥣SAUCE: 1 shallot, finely diced 6 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup chicken broth ½ block Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese ¼ cup heavy cream ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp crushed peppercorns or black pepper Fresh parsley, for garnish 📝INSTRUCTIONS: Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the shallot until softened, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add the Boursin cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper, then let the sauce cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and able to coat the back of a spoon. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the creamy sauce over the top. Garnish with parsley and serve! #creamychicken #boursin #chicken #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas
