How far can I walk if I don't leave this treadmill for 7 hours of Red Zone football? 3, 2, 1, go. And just like that, this challenge kicks off. Here's a look at my setup: my walking pad, desk, and Tilly nearby. My legs were already getting tired as I hit 3 miles in 1 hour. Luckily, the 1 o'clock game was pretty stacked and I felt like everyone was scoring, so I had a lot of touchdowns to help distract me. Just need a couple more from you, Bucs. As those games wrapped up, I was close to crossing the 10-mile mark. We're entering long-run territory now. The next games kicked off as we had our first hector box of the season, and making it to the halfway point means I earned myself a little treat. Walking on the treadmill was hard enough, but now I had to try to walk Caitlyn through how to use the grill over FaceTime. She figured out the buttons and here was the final product for dinner. A little turkey swiss action, which you know brought Tilly around. I had to drop my speed and sacrifice some distance so I could actually eat it. And then I spent the last half of these games burping all that up. The Commanders didn't convert, so I knew I had to put my head down and finish strong. 3, 2, 1, take it Scott. One Red Zone Sunday later and my legs were cooked. Here's your final stats: 21.26 miles in 6 and a half hours while racking up 45,000 steps. And after all that, Tilly's still on the couch.
