📍 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 & 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁? This is 𝗚𝘂̈𝗹𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻, an ancient Byzantine cistern hidden inside Gülhane Park just a few minutes from Topkapı Palace. It’s around 1500 years old and reopened to visitors after restoration in 2023. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁: Go into Gülhane Park and follow the main path. The cistern will be on your right. If you don’t see it, just follow the google maps pin 📍Gülhane Parkı Sarnıcı. 🎟️ Entrance is completely FREE.
