MEXICAN BEEF SUMMER ROLL 🔥 Beef mince cooked in @Herdez Australia Salsa Casera, layered with charred corn, avocado, crunchy cabbage, capsicum and coriander, then wrapped into one giant rice paper roll. The best part? Slicing it open to reveal all those colourful layers 🤤 Served with HERDEZ Salsa Verde for dipping. HERDEZ is Mexico’s #1 salsa brand 🇲🇽 and you can now find it at Coles! #HerdezAustralia #HerdezSalsa #MexicanFlavour #authenticmexican
