When most people stop eating meat or decide to go vegan, one of the main ingredients they come across cooking is TOFU, yet most people have no idea what to do with it… So here are 3 of my favourite ways to make tofu:
 - Silken tofu cream (perfect for creamy pastas) - Crispy fried tofu cubes - Tofu chorizo style koftas These all exist on my page, but if you want them (plus hundreds more plant based recipes) all in one place, then head to the first link in my bio to join my recipe app and discover what’s waiting for you! 🌱 #tofu #cooking #tofurecipes
