Most Afrikaaners have lamb head , but we prefer pork. Have you ever tried Pork Head Roast 🐖. You have probably tried beef cheeks but have you tried pork cheeks. Weird but delicious. The head has a lot of marbling with fat so the meat is juicy and tender. Definitely the best part of the whole pig in my opinion. #fyp #southafrica #afrikaans #offal #bizzarefood
