A new culinary experience in Greenville, South Carolina. The long-awaited @enlo.restaurant by @chefnicoabello has officially opened reservations. It is located above the @the_lazy_goat overlooking the Reedy River. You can choose between a five-course or eight-course menu, with optional wine or mocktail pairings, and the menu rotates monthly. Enlō is the newest @table301 concept led by Chef Nico Abello, a classically trained French chef whose previous restaurant in New York earned a Michelin star for six consecutive years. A few of my favorite bites were the lobster with avocado spuma, the pommes dauphinoise with truffle, and the lamb with huckleberry jam. And getting to experience one of Chef Lindsay Beck’s desserts right at the chef’s counter was such a fun surprise. From the food and wine pairings to the service and even the glassware, there was so much attention to detail throughout the entire experience. This was truly a special one-of-a-kind experience and unlike anything in Greenville, South Carolina.
