Here’s what I’d do ↓ Before I became a millionaire at 30 and built an eight figure net worth, I was a top producing real estate broker. Today, I’m an investor with millions of dollars invested across real estate, stocks and other income producing assets, and one of the biggest things building wealth has taught me is this: You have to learn to look for opportunity when everyone else is looking at the fear. Mortgage rates are back around 7%, buyers are pulling back, builders are cutting prices and offering incentives, and a lot of people are deciding they’ll just wait until rates come down. But if everyone waits for the same thing, what happens when rates finally DO come down? Those buyers come back. Competition can increase. Sellers can regain leverage. And the house you could have negotiated on today might look very different in a more competitive market. That does NOT mean you should rush out and buy a house because rates are high. It means you need to stop making financial decisions based on one number. Look at the price. The payment. The competition. The incentives. Your negotiating power. What you can comfortably afford TODAY. And whether the entire deal actually makes sense for you. This is exactly how I teach money. Not “do this because everyone else is doing it.” Learn how money actually works so you can look at the numbers and make decisions for yourself. If you want to learn the exact framework I used to go from broke and in debt to millionaire at 30 and financially free in my 30s, my brand new training, From Broke to Millionaire in Five Steps, is completely FREE. I’m breaking down the five steps I used to completely change my financial life and build real wealth, so you can start applying them to yours. It’s free right now at the link in my bio 💸
