HYROX is offering refunds to some athletes who competed at its Beijing event after a competitor’s bowel accident raised concerns over hygiene and safety. The refunds cover the value of event tickets for athletes who raced during certain time periods on the same day as the incident. The company said affected areas were sanitized and the turf was replaced, while also updating its emergency procedures for biological contamination. It remains unclear how many competitors will receive refunds or how much they will be paid. #hyrox #beijing #news #viral #athlete
