Turks & Caicos: My 4-Day Itinerary I did this trip solo, but I’d absolutely do it as a couples trip too. As someone who has been to 50+ beach locations, this was by far one of the best. Here’s how I’d plan it again. STAY: Wymara Resort, Grace Bay @wymaraturks Book the ocean-view suite. If you’re choosing between Wymara and the Ritz-Carlton, I visited both and personally preferred Wymara. DAY 1 | THURSDAY Check-in: Head to the concierge while waiting for your room. Book your jet-ski tour, clear-kayak excursion and outdoor beachfront massage. Evening: Dinner at Wymara. Ask about their lobster grill-out. DAY 2 | FRIDAY Morning: Breakfast + private jet-ski tour to the shipwreck and Noah’s Ark (2–3 hours). Afternoon: Lunch and beach time at Wymara. Evening: Dinner and drinks. DAY 3 | SATURDAY Morning: Beachfront massage or sound bath + breakfast. Midday: Group clear-kayak tour. Afternoon: Beach, pool and lunch delivered to your chair. DAY 4 | SUNDAY Morning: Breakfast + snorkel off Wymara’s beach. I saw stingrays and other marine life. Midday: Lunch at Mr. Grouper’s — my favorite meal of the trip. Afternoon: Ask about the hotel’s short catamaran ride, then relax at the beach. MONDAY: Breakfast + departure. MY TIPS - September: I got lucky with mostly sunshine and a few brief showers. Rates can be lower, but it’s peak hurricane season. Check the risks and cancellation policies before booking. - Snorkeling equipment and the catamaran ride can be arranged during your stay. No need to schedule them at check-in. - If you’re there Thursday evening, look into the local Fish Fry. Confirm its current schedule. Save this for your Turks & Caicos trip. Follow along for more itineraries, hotel recommendations, and places actually worth visiting. #turksandcaicos #solotrip #travelhacks #beachvibes #travel
