UTI home remedy (Always consult a doctor)

Transcript

Well, it happened again. I woke up about 3 this morning and we got a raging UTI. I did actually go on telehealth and I already had an antibiotic got called in. It's so bad this time. I've done this before. This is just a little home remedy. You're gonna get yourself a teaspoon of baking soda. I just put it in about 6 ounces of water. I never measure. I just kind of like dump some in. I always mix it with this. It's gonna be very salty. And you just plug your nose and you chug a lug. They say it takes about 30 minutes to get a little bit of relief. At this point, I will do anything. I've already been sipping on some cranberry juice. Let me know if you've tried this, if it's ever worked for you or if you have another home remedy that I can try because oh my gosh, this one is bad.
