nobody is getting hired and we're arguing about iced coffee. the recruiter said a gen z candidate walked into an interview with an iced coffee and the whole internet picked a side. meanwhile recent grads are more likely to be unemployed than the average worker for the first time since 1990. hot coffee, iced coffee, no coffee, people still aren't getting hired. what are we actually talking about? #jobsearch #careertok #genz
