why are we acting like the job you're hoping to get has to be the number one priority in every part of your life??it's an exchange of skills and money. nobody is doing you a favor by hiring you, they're paying for work they need done. as someone who left corporate, started my own business, and does the hiring now: bring the iced coffee or don't. i don't care. i care whether you can do the job and be professional 😭☠️ #jobsearch #careertok #genz
