The Rachel Timeline Is Getting Harder to Ignore This is the part I want explained clearly. Patrick and Rachel are now publicly presenting their relationship as something that began later — after meeting in New York City, with Rachel describing herself as “just a girl that met a guy running in Central Park on a really cold Saturday.” CBS says the couple married earlier this year after meeting in New York City. But now I have footage showing Rachel present at the children’s funeral and memorial events. So naturally, people are asking: How well did they know each other then? Was she there simply as part of a broader social or professional circle? Were they already friends? When exactly did the relationship become romantic? Because if the public narrative is: “We met later, nothing inappropriate happened, people twisted the story” then the timeline matters. A lot. I am not saying her attendance proves they were romantically involved. I am saying if Rachel was already present in Patrick’s orbit during one of the most intimate moments of this tragedy, then the public deserves a clear, consistent explanation of when they met, how they knew each other, and when the relationship actually began.
