Japan is facing severe weather as Typhoon Dujuan moves toward the Tokyo region, bringing the threat of dangerous flooding and landslides. More than 1.6 million people across five prefectures have been urged to leave their homes, while hundreds of flights have been canceled and some train services suspended. The storm is producing sustained winds of around 81 mph, with gusts reaching up to 121 mph, and could dump up to 14 inches of rain in parts of central Japan.
