Cookie butter ghost cookies 👻🍪 and yes, they’re as good as they sound. Here’s how I made them: Place a Biscoff cookie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Add about 1 tsp cookie butter, then top with a marshmallow. Take premade white chocolate macadamia cookie dough, roll it into a ball, flatten it out, and place it over the Biscoff + cookie butter + marshmallow. Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes. Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then top each cookie with a large marshmallow. I used an edible marker to draw on the little ghost faces. 👻 That’s it! Super easy and so cute for Halloween.
