FOLLOW — this is the home of HOME TRAINING. 🏠🔥 No gym. No weights. No complicated routines. IRON MIKE TYSON PUSH-UPS 🥊 It’s widely repeated that during his prime, Mike Tyson would knock out 500 of these as part of his training. No wonder he was a force of nature. But you don’t need 500. Start with 30 reps a day for 5 days. And understand the point here: This isn’t bodybuilding. This is about getting FIT. One simple movement. No equipment. No gym membership. No investment. Just you, the floor, a wall and a few minutes of your time. Unlike a standard push-up, the constant forward-and-back movement brings much more of your body into the exercise — chest, shoulders, triceps, core, legs and glutes all working together. And here’s where it gets interesting: Small changes in your foot position, body angle and execution can completely change the exercise. You can shift more emphasis toward the upper body or make your legs and glutes work harder. Want to know exactly how to do it and how the different positions work? 🥊 Comment “TYSON” and I’ll send you the mechanics. 30 reps. 5 days. Zero equipment. You vs. you. #homeworkout #tyson #viral #hometraining #homefitness
