I need your help picking a wedding guest dress for a wedding that's in like three or four weeks. I just got these options in, so let's try them on and hope one of them works. I also have a couple options that I already had that maybe I can make work and I can return these. So we're going to try on two new and two that I already had for a creative formal wedding in just a couple weeks. Really quick before we get in the options, I just want to say I know my friends and I know my community and I've been to plenty of weddings with all of these people before, so I know what's acceptable and I know what they mean when they say formal. I know how you girls like to tussle. Okay. Anyway. Okay, this is option one. I love it. I think it's really pretty. Obviously, it does need to be hemmed, which is part of the reason I need to decide so I can go ahead and get that done. Does have a little slit option. Mood board did say creative formal, like the bride said to go for like color, pattern, to be fun with it. Then I feel like this is giving like somewhat that, but like not giving as much as I could be. Option two, ignore the wrinkles, but I think this is so fun. I love this color on me, I love the layering, even though I know it does give like cake a little bit, I think it's cute. I also think this is definitely in line with the creative formal dress code. It's fun, it's textured, it's all of that. And then this is option three. Number one perk of this one is that I would literally make money on this option because I would be returning options one and two because I already own this one. This is a tried and true one for me. I've worn this to weddings before. Totally a fan of a rewear. I do think it has fun texture in the pleating and fun color like in the dress code. Probably not as much as the first two, but this one is free. Option four is the one you actually can dress code police me on if you want to. I remember it being a little more formal when I pulled it out of my closet. I do think the colors and pattern are like really beautiful for a fall wedding, but probably not formal enough, so it's probably not going to be this option.
